Do anyone know what they mean by precluded libility on part of the insurance company?

I had an auto accident, not of my fault and the person who caused the accident did have insurance, but it canceled out 6 days before the accident with me. Now the insurance I have paid me for my car, but not personal injuries nor my medical bills, they are deigning me. I had an attorney but I did one of Donald Triumphs number you're fired. I need answer asap.
