How can I get the best video resolution on my samsung blackjack II?

I've been experimenting a bit with different video sizes and formats, and so far the mp4 looks the best, but lags a lot with Windows Media Player, and I can't even get them to play in TMPCP. 3gp looks good during the still-er portions of the videos, but anytime there's a lot of movement/action I get cube-blur (where everything turns into little boxes). It isn't too bad, and it still looks nice, but I'd definately like to get the most out of this feature. So what I'm asking is how do I get the best possible quality of video on this phone. Or have I discovered the best already? Thanks so much!
