I can't work out if he has feelings for me! It's bugging me!?

theres this guy I work with (we work in different depts)...I've known him for over 1 year, until recently I have only seen him as a friend. He always used to come up to the dept i used to work for no apparant reason, and everyone said he was coming to see me! I didn't believe it til i realised it was true! He asked me for my number, email and asked me to lunch. We always used to text and stuff. Recently i thought I would tease him about the new girls in his office ; calling them 'beautiful'..he didnt take that too well, and text me back saying 'its real u dont know!', I didnt know what he meant, and he wouldnt explain it!, next day when we were both @ work, i text him to see if he had a good nite, he replied telling me he had a new girlfriend, i was upset! but i replied saying 'im pleased 4 u! did u enjoy the nite?', he never replied! i deleted his number and all his texts. Now sometimes I will ignore him, and him ignore me. Its not the same...i think hes lying about the gf as now i'm in a different dept he always comes up to chat for no reason, and never goes to my old dept! hes always hanging round me! im scared hes noticed i feel exactly the same way that he feels 4 me....what do i do?? I miss our texts and conversations in the corridor (which hardly happen now :-( ) hes not acting like he has a gf! he doesnt like me talking about other guys either! im confused! I really like him, and hes always appearing where I am xx
