Can a perfect god create imperfection?

he did create perfect man and women then Satan came along and deceived them and they went against GODS Word ,when GOD told Adam and eve not to eat of the tree of good and evil,Satan tempted eve to eat and then Satan used eve to tempt Adam to eat and they did but before they went against GODS Word they were sinless but after they turned against GOD he punished them and their off spring with sin. but to make us one with GOD again he gave his only begotten son and who ever believes in Jesus will be saved from death and hell. and If you haven't noticed the devil is still tempting people to not believe in GOD. and unless they open their heart to GOD they will die in sin and go to hell.
