Eleven-year-old Willie has been physically beaten for as long as he can remember by his father. One night he couldn’t take it anymore and, while his father was sleeping, Willie got a sledgehammer from the garage and hit his father seven times in the head. Father died. How, and in what court system, if any, should the case be processed? Does Willie have any defense?
