Does anyone know this game?

Ok so this has bn botherin me for a while.I've been tryin to find this game that I used to play a few years ago.All I no is that u play as some blond guy with a little pink creature in your backpack and u have to collect tiles to open a portal through a tree.Then the portal leads to a fair or something and thats all I remember.Help plz!
