How a bird flies (not a question) Take a break!! read this!! points given?
You're correct, it's not a question. The Bernoulli effect gives the bird lift when it's gliding, and has adequate airflow across the wings. It is suspected that flight began as reptiles accustomed to fast running began to augment their legs by waving their 'arms', adding a little forward thrust, and a little lift. This skill gradually improved, and the body form gradually changed, until it became effective enough to sustain flight. Birds are so good at it, that most don't need much running before they can take off, though some do.
