Isnt fixation on by some females , addiction really a disease?

or is it just that females want to prove that they are also ually liberated and making bold ual advances overtly indulgence in ual acts appropriate? isn't fixation like overeating a mental disorder?I have personally seen some males and females put themselves at increased risk being highly sexed and compulsive abt the "ACT" . hence the point that nymphomania is actually a disease just like men may act inappropriate too. sex a powerful emotion can be abused too just like food and drugs . any views guys?
