Somehow i lost my aim account. every time i log in it says "invalid screen name or pword".?

now i know u guys might think its a wrong pword or sn but it was on "remember be" check box and i know it was because i've been using my aim for 2 years now. then when i try to log in it wasnt in one of the saved ones any more and it says wrong pword or wrong sn.
