There is a guy whome i like a lot....but im not sure if he likes me..!?

I'm not sure what he wants. Really, that depends entirely on him. I want to say maybe he doesn't like you, but he could also be too shy to admit it to a bunch of other people who are asking him. What I DO know is that if you want to have any chance at a relationship with this guy at all, the most important thing will be to have that relationship built on a foundation of good communication. So ask him yourself. Just talk to him and say, "You've told my friends you don't like me, but I feel like with your teasing and staring I might be getting some mixed signals so I just want to clear that up. I just want to know the truth so nothing is left up to misinterpretation." If he likes you, great, you guys can figure out the next step. If he doesn't, move on. But you need to talk to him yourself, not through your friends. Guys hate that, in my experience.
