Two year old blames dad for everything?

My daughter, who will be 3 in January, blames everything that goes wrong on her dad. She came to me just now with a toy that she could not get to work (turns out it was turned off) and told me daddy broke it, and daddy is not even at home right now! She comes to me tattling about everything he does, if he tells her she cannot have something she comes to me saying "Daddy said I can't have this" or "Daddy said no," and I always try to reinforce what he said and tell her the exact same thing, or tell her not to tattle, but it doesn't seem to work. Also, he can barely touch her sometimes, like if he is trying to play with her or tickle her, and she comes saying that daddy hurt her. I don't understand why she is acting like this or what I can do to get her to stop. Any suggestions or has this happened with anyone else's child?
